Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Returns and exchange details
Unfortunately, once print ready graphics have been released or proofs approved for printed products, we are unable to refund your order. Design orders may be modified an unlimited number of times so long as modifications do not require custom drawn artwork. (Ex. Logos, hand-painted elements, etc.)
Additional
Dainty Printables retains copyright ownership of all designs, including custom designs, unless otherwise negotiated. Digital artwork is for personal use only, commercial use is expressly forbidden. (If you are a wedding planner buying on behalf of a client, usage extends to your client. Designs may not be reused for multiple clients. If you would like commercial printing rights, please send me a message.) Modifications to designs do not constitute as original artwork and are expressly forbidden.

Beautiful design and Paige is so quick! She got me two different copies fully edited before the 24 hour mark which is her turn around time. She is great and makes getting a cute seating chart so easy! She also responds very quickly to any questions you may have.
